DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. General Disclaimer
csIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We expect our users to do the same.
We want to be clear about the nature of our service: csIPTV does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind on its own servers. We act merely as an indexer and routing service. All media and broadcast streams available through our service are found freely on the internet and are hosted by unaffiliated third parties. We do not have control over the media hosted on these third-party servers.
2. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content provided through our routing service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific channel name or VOD title).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Processing of Claims
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, csIPTV will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Disabling access to the allegedly infringing material through our routing service.
- Removing the specific index or link from our catalog.
- Notifying the user or third-party source (if applicable) that access has been disabled.
Please note that because we do not host the files, disabling access on our end does not remove the content from the internet. You must contact the actual hosting provider of the file to have it permanently removed.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, csIPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at csIPTV's sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We strongly recommend consulting with an attorney before filing a notice or counter-notice if you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright.
Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notices must be submitted in writing via email to our designated agent.
