At csIPTV, our primary goal is to provide a seamless and premium streaming experience. We understand that occasionally, our services may not perfectly align with your specific setup or network. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy.
2. The 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a strict 24-hour money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
This guarantee gives you ample time to test our channel catalog, video on demand (VOD) library, and the overall stability of the service on your preferred devices.
3. Conditions for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The refund request is submitted within exactly 24 hours of the original transaction timestamp.
- Technical Issues: You experience persistent technical issues or severe buffering on our end that our support team cannot resolve.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive your login credentials (M3U link or Xtream Codes) and our support team is unable to deliver them to you.
- Incompatibility: Your device is entirely incompatible with standard IPTV applications, and no workaround can be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To prevent abuse of our service, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Expired Timeframe: The refund request is made after the 24-hour guarantee period has passed.
- Local Network Issues: Buffering or connection drops caused by your personal Internet Service Provider (ISP), strict ISP blocking (where a VPN resolves the issue), or insufficient local internet speed.
- TOS Violations: Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to sharing your account on multiple IP addresses simultaneously or attempting to restream our broadcast.
- Device/App Configurations: You are unable to set up the service due to a lack of technical knowledge, despite our support team providing clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Missing Channels: A specific channel or movie is temporarily unavailable. We maintain over 95,000 VODs and 25,000 channels, and while we strive for perfection, occasional localized downtime is normal in the IPTV industry.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@csiptv.com from the email address you used to register.
- Include your Order Number or your active username.
- Provide a brief, clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund. If it is a technical issue, please mention the device and app you are using so we can attempt to assist you first.
6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved by our billing department, your account will be immediately deactivated. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to visibly clear in your account.
