3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

All services are billed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.

• Activation: Orders are typically processed and activated within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues, severe buffering, or are otherwise unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase. Refunds requested after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

csIPTV provides a technical infrastructure and a directory of publicly available streaming links. We do not host, broadcast, or transmit any multimedia content ourselves. We simply act as a routing service. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have the right to access the content they stream via our servers.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our servers. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to perform necessary server maintenance, updates, or channel list modifications without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Reasons for immediate termination include:

• Attempting to restream or capture our broadcast servers.
• Exceeding the allowed number of simultaneous connections (account sharing).
• Using automated scripts, bots, or malicious software to interact with our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall csIPTV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
